It’s hard to choose the right size for your ring, as it can sometimes vary slightly depending on the style of jewelry. The choice is all the more complex if it’s a gift…

Otherwise, if resizing is possible, we will provide you with a quotation to meet your requirements. The average lead time for a resizing or exchange is 2 to 3 weeks, but it can take up to six weeks depending on the size and model. You are only responsible for the cost of returning your jewel to us. Don’t hesitate to contact us for advice on the right finger size for you!
Choosing a stone is not always easy, choosing 2 even less so!
Paola Zovar knows this, and that’s why we’re offering you your stone change with its mounting on your rings. To benefit from a free new stone, you must return your ring with a stone in perfect condition. We’ll take your original stone and replace it. And since sometimes we just want to change the stone, because we also change over time, you have one year to do it! The average lead time for a stone change is 2 to 3 weeks if the stone is available. Paola Zovar wants you to order your jewelry with the assurance of safe delivery. That’s why your package is sent via Colissimo or Chronopost and hand-delivered against signature.
Paola Zovar delivers your parcel securely and free of charge, in France and the European Union, for orders of at least €50 including VAT.
Secure and express
A last-minute gift, a desire for jewelry or strawberries? Opt for express delivery via Chronopost (available in mainland France only). This option costs €25, and saves you time on delivery. If you also need to save time preparing your order because you have an important date to meet, give us a call! We’ll do almost anything to accommodate your request.

Because there’s nothing nicer to read than our warranty policy at the bottom of our terms and conditions, we’ve summarized it for you : ) We put all our skills and expertise into delivering a high-quality piece of jewelry, but it can happen that a defect escapes us. This is why your Paola Zovar jewel is guaranteed for a period of eight months, from the date of your order, against hidden defects. After this time, damage to your ring can only be the result of mishandling. If you think your jewel is defective, please contact us by email or phone and return it to us. We’ll take care of the appraisal. If the latter confirms that it is indeed a defect in the manufacture of the jewel, we will cover the cost of repairing and returning your jewel. If you bought your jewelry from one of our retailers, please contact them directly to save time in processing your request.
